working hard vs working smart
I'm not a big fan of cliche sayings so if you know a better way to say this,let me know.And I'm not talking about 'smart' as in doing the same thing in less time.I think there is a difference between spending a lot of time on a project with appropriate or accurate work and spending the same amount of time but missing the point or expectations for the project .I like to make sure I understand my target audience and even get feedback at multiple checkpoints while doing the work.This way,I can adjust my approach if necessary and be sure the product I,m putting out meets the expectations.even if it is a self assigned project where I set the expectations for my self, I still like to get feedback to see if the message O think I'm putting out is the message that is being received
